Mr. Lumulal has 17 years of GCC experience in Project cost estimating/analyzing, Variations, Claims, Cost control, Contracts Administration, pre and post contract stages from project inception to completion. Involved in multibillion construction projects like, High-rise towers, Hospitals, Airports & Runways Roads and Infrastructure. Mr. Lumu Lal held senior positions with Laing O’Rourke, Al Habtoor, Leighton and Meydan Sobha in UAE.

Negotiation and settlement of contractors claims, payments and final accounts.

He holds Masters in Construction Project management from Herriot Watt University UK, and a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from R.V University, USA.
