His diverse projects experience ranges from Large Master Developements, Net Zero Energy (NZE) Smart Sustainable Building to High End Residential and Commercial Towers, Large Residential Communities, Shopping malls, Premium Hotels, Airports, Industrial and Manufacturing Units, Civil Marine works, Ship Building Facilities, Aluminum Smelter Plant and Oil & Gas. Mr. Joseph is an Accredited Civil Commercial Mediator by Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors (UK), Member of Charted Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Certified Project Management Professional by Project Management Institute (USA), Associate Member of Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors (UK), Incorporated Member of Charted Institute of Building (UK) and Member of Institution of Engineers (India). He holds Masters in Construction Project Management from Heriot Watt University (UK) and Civil Engineering Degree from Gulbarga University (India).
