Mr. Joseph – is having 29 years of Middle East experience in Claims, Alternate Dispute Resolution and Project Management. He has held leadership positions with tier one Construction, Engineering and Real Estate players in UAE and Qatar. To name some of them are Laing O’Rourke, Strabag, Skanska, UCC, Meydan Sobha, Drake & Scull group, Obermeyer and Tameer Holdings.

His diverse projects experience ranges from Net Zero Energy (NZE) Smart Sustainable Building to High End Residential and Commercial Towers, Large Residential Communities, Shopping malls, Premium Hotels, Airports, Industrial and Manufacturing Units, Civil Marine works, Ship Building Facilities, Aluminum Smelter Plant and Oil & Gas. The major highlighted projects are Al Sheraa DEWA HQ, Mohamed Bin Rashid City District one, Dubai International Airport, Mall of the Emirates Dubai, Dubai Exhibition and Convention Centre, Princess Tower (6B+G+100 floors) Dubai Marina, Abu dhabi Ship Building, Dubal expansion, Oil & Gas Projects with ADNOC and GASCO Abu Dhabi, Mall of Qatar, Anantara Doha Island Resort.

Mr. Joseph is an Accredited Civil Commercial Mediator by Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors (UK), Member of Charted Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Certified Project Management Professional by Project Management Institute (USA), Associate Member of Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors (UK), Incorporated Member of Charted Institute of Building (UK) and Member of Institution of Engineers (India). He holds Masters in Construction Project Management from Heriot Watt University (UK) and Civil Engineering Degree from Gulbarga University (India).
