Papachan has more than 35 years’ experience (17 years in the middle east) with reputed International Consultancy Organizations such as Mace International, WS ATKINS and Tebodin Middle East Ltd as well as reputed Contractors such as Balfour Kilpatrick Gulf, Kharafi National and Blue Star, Bombay.
He has rich and varied experience in all aspects of building services including proposals, feasibility studies, design, tendering, bid analysis, procurement, design management, construction management and commissioning of Data Centres, Hotels, Resorts, Shopping Malls, Convention & Exhibition Centres, Theatres, Hospitals, District Cooling Plants, District Cooling Distribution Piping Networks, High rise buildings (offices, residential & mixed use), telecommunication buildings, power plants, atomic energy, oil & gas and offshore projects.
He has a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. He is a member of Society of Engineers UAE.
